Group Bookings

Group bookings are available 365 days a year, during daylight hours. If you make a Group booking in advance, the facility can be made available any day of the week, all year round. Book early to avoid disappointment - please contact us on 01285 770007.

General Public

For individuals and families, we will be open most weekends from 10:30am to 5pm and every day throughout the school Summer, Easter and Half Term holidays. Just turn up and pay on the day. Head 4 Heights will also be open in the evening on certain days – please contact us for details on 01285 770007.

* The Totem Pole Challenge and FreeFall will always be in operation. All other activities are team based events and therefore these can only be operated with small groups. Ask us when these are organised if you are interested.
** The minimum group size for a booking is for eight people.
Note Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied at all times by a parent/guardian. Children between 8 and 18 years must ask their parents/guardians to sign a written consent form. Contact us for details. Height and weight restrictions may apply.

Ages Head 4 Heights Activities are suitable for anyone over six years of age. Children between six and eight years of age must be accompanied at all times by a parent. Children between 8 and 18 years must get their parents/guardians to sign a written consent form – click here to view the form that can then be printed.

"Just wanted you guys to know that we had a fantastic day on Saturday.  We were the family with two boys and my husband and I were celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary. I was so impressed with the instructors.  They were safety conscious at all times, they were able to talk to my sons (6 and 9) at their level, giving them encouragement and yet letting them know they could stop at any time and that it was ok to do that.  You were superb with my husband who I  have to say I was amazed that he even got up the pole - he loathes heights - when he nearly lost it you were able to reassure him and get him down calmly - thank you.  As for me I LOVED the whole thing and it gave me a new lease of life - I'll be back to see if I can leap even further to the trapeze!
