"A great day and a lot of fun, all made possible by the enthusiasm, skill and support of our instructors and enhanced by the great venue in the Cotswold Water Park - a far cry from London! The activities organised were perfect in helping us not only to challenge ourselves but also achieve our objective of working together as a team. The highlight was the beer crate challenge, reaching the dizzy heights of 18 crates high in record speed and perhaps personally for me ending the morning swinging from a trapeze!"
